Mind Body Connection is a functional medicine health and wellness coaching service assisting clients in reaching the health and wellness lifestyle goals they have prioritized. Through evidence-based methodologies, resources and thoughtful and open communication, together, coach and client create sustainable approaches and actions by tapping into the client’s values and strengths to set goals and implement strategies which help create new behaviors that move the client toward their individual health and wellness goals in a meaningful way.

1:1 health coaching provides a client-led and self-directed experience where coach and client collaborate to achieve the client’s individual health and wellness goal(s). The client is offered personalized support and guidance, tailored to their specific needs and aspirations. The focus is on making lifestyle changes by taking small, achievable steps, ensuring that each step is manageable and sustainable. Together, a plan is created that aligns with the client’s values and lifestyle, helping them make meaningful and lasting progress toward their health and wellness vision. This program is typically offered in 6-week, 8-week, and 12-week programs but can be customizable to the client’s needs.

Group coaching facilitates a client-directed, safe space where a group works together to make sustainable lifestyle changes. This collaborative environment focuses on key areas such as stress management, nutrition, sleep, and movement. Each participant is supported while they take the lead in their own healthy journey during this 6-week program. Through shared experiences and community support, we strive to build lasting habits that enhance the overall well-being of the individual through the power of a group on a similar health and wellness journey.

This service is designed to transform the kitchen into a hub of healthy food options and alternatives for each client’s unique needs. During this 4-week course, the coach and client work at home to identify and clean out problem foods, learn how to interpret food labels, and research nutritious recipes. The client also travels with their coach to food shop and learn about the nutritional benefits of healthier options and create a plan for prepping weekly meals. The aim is to make healthy cooking practical and enjoyable, empowering the client to maintain a balanced diet with confidence and ease.
